Maats Conveyor Belt Shifter

Based on Liebherr pipelayers, Maats supplies customized conveyor belt shifters equipped with a range of optional features, including joystick operation. This configuration enables the operator to maintain close visual control of the conveyor belt, minimizing the risk of rail fractures and ensuring safe, uninterrupted and precise operation.

Pipe Carrier

The RL24 can be configured as a pipe carrier for transporting and stringing pipes on site. Its modular design allows quick conversion back to a standard RL24 pipelayer, making it suitable for multiple applications. The machine is easily converted back to a standard RL24 pipelayer.

Pipe Carrier RT24

Maats has further developed the RL24 Pipelayer into an efficient pipe carrier RT24 for transporting pipes on the jobsite. Converting back to RL24 pipe layer is easy.

The flexibility makes the RL24 suitable for multiple tasks without compromising on power or reliability.
