It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that at the age of 69, the founder and owner of our company, Wilhelm Maats, passed away unexpectedly. From the moment he started his own company, Wilhelm always had an excellent eye for business opportunities. In the early years mostly close to home, but eventually all around the globe. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, his passion for the company and for his support, not only for his employees, but for the industry in general. Wilhelm was one of those exceptional characters within our business and he will be missed. Our thoughts are with Wilhelm’s wife Marja and the family.
